Se trataba de una columna de opinión publicada en el sitio de BBC Mundo en la que la periodista Mariana Martínez elogiaba ampliamente la economía y estabilidad de Chile en comparación con nuestros vecinos del cono sur e incluso al lado de algunos grandes de Europa y Asia.Se que tengo que moderar mis ánimos nacionalistas y patrióticos, pero es que en mi caso "la distancia no hace e l olvido" y de verdad, estando varios kilómetros más arriba, se ven muchos más claros los logros de Chile. Salud por eso!.

Es muy gratificante leer de los exitos economicos de mi pais, sin embargo por las caracterisicas del modelo economico y por la imposibilidad o desidia en hacer ajuste al mismo, la distribucion de la riqueza es de las mas vergonzosas que hay en el mundo.
El dato anterior no es menor, si se considera que al crecer Chile, tambien crecen las desigualdades y la brecha entre los que mas tienen y los que no tienen.
